Pricing FAQ
A few common questions.
How are seats counted?
A seat is one employee whose browser is running the PromptSpotter extension. We bill on monthly active seats — if someone leaves or the extension is uninstalled, they stop counting at the next billing cycle.
What happens at the end of the trial?
If you don't add a payment method by the end of the 14-day Business trial, your workspace falls back to the Free tier. We won't auto-charge you, and your existing events stay accessible for the Free tier's 30-day retention window.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
Yes — 50% off Business pricing for registered non-profits and accredited educational institutions. Drop us a line at info@promptspotter.com.
Can I switch between annual and monthly billing?
Yes. You can switch any time from inside the admin console. Annual customers who switch mid-term keep the annual rate until renewal.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees on any tier. Enterprise customers can optionally engage us for a paid security review / deployment workshop, but it's never required.
